Vince Harrison was born and raised in southeastern Georgia where his family owns and still operates separate and successful real estate rental and retail furniture businesses. Vince grew up in the family businesses where he learned that loyalty and honesty are still cornerstones of being successful in business and in life.
Vince attended the University of Georgia receiving dual Baccalaureate degrees; one in Real Estate and another in Finance. He began his professional career working for the banking industry in Savannah, Georgia.
His natural networking abilities and entrepreneurial heritage soon gave way to an exciting opportunity with a large real estate firm on Hilton Head. He obtained his South Carolina Real Estate License in 2003, followed by his Broker’s License in 2009.
Vince takes pride in his high ethical standards and will be the first to tell you that he has learned the value of a dollar and what it means to work hard for a living.

Virginia (Ginny) West has enjoyed living on Hilton Head Island for the past 16 years. Originally from Charlotte, she and her husband, Jim, relocated to Hilton Head Island to manage their expanding property management company. This venture evolved into a multi-faceted Corporation encompassing the management, maintenance, interior design, and rental of more than 250 properties on the Island.
Ginny attended Queen’s University and its Mingle Institute concentrating in Business and Real Estate Law. She spent the next 10 years working in the accounting and auditing division of the banking industry. This experience and her educational background provided the foundation for her involvement in the property management field. Her desire to expand her expertise in the real estate business on Hilton Head Island prompted her to obtain her South Carolina Real Estate License in 1999. For the past ten years, she has successfully specialized in investment properties with some of the largest volume real estate agencies on the Island.
In the spring of 2009, the success of the original property management company allowed the natural formation of Premium Properties of Hilton Head, where Ginny will offer her innovative style and expansive knowledge of the Island to provide “real solutions for your real estate needs.”

A native South Carolinian, Nada was born and raised in Darlington, SC. She holds a B.A. degree in English & Mass Communications from Francis Marion University in Florence, SC. Nada & her two children, Gavin & Trevor, live in Hilton Head Plantation. As a 15 year resident of Hilton Head & top producer over the years, Nada uses her extensive knowledge and expertise to focus on providing great customer service and to making clients for life.

Bob Bentrup Prior to joining Premium Properties of Hilton Head, Bob was a top producer with Sea Pines Real Estate Company since 2003, and prior to that with Dunes Marketing Group from 1993 to 2002. Bob's education in Marketing and Business Administration at UCLA has served him well in the Real Estate business. After college, Bob worked his way up to become the Vice President of Sales & Marketing of J.L. Cooper Electronics, (a large consumer electronics manufacturer), and has successfully launched many types of products through creative marketing, media, merchandising and advertising campaigns. The same holds true for his innovative and creative real estate techniques which has been instrumental in getting his clients' properties noticed and sold.
